設施老舊，房間宣傳説有20平，實際最多15平。斑駁的牆角訴説著酒店悠久的歷史，差強人意的衞生讓人轉身就想跑，實在是開車太累，將就住了一晚。對了，門口還有三台空調外機轟鳴了一整晚。這種酒店房間居然能命名豪華間，真是檳城沒酒店了嗎？！

So bad managment.didnt provide customer needs.not eventough provide hair dryer.the room door was not proper.cnt lock properly also.So bad the hotel managment.we have paid for stay in and they never provide customers needs.

Bad stay during my time here. I booked a room with 1 double bed n 1 single bed. I think it was convenient enough for my family of 5 to stay. Plus, it was just for 1 night only and we were exhausted due to long tiring journey.Then, the staff report to his boss that it was not capable to stay exceed the capacity. Previously, we had tried this way with another hotel and it was just okay, just this one, the boss was so intolerant even after we try to negotiate them. After that we had no choice to upgrade to another family room for extra RM 100 with no TV in it!! Never will come again because of bad service!

Worse experience ever. Water got cut off in the morning. Whole hotel turned up out of their room. The poor boys who were not Malaysians were totally frentic in trying to solve the situation. The hotel is a safety hazard. Water was leaking from faucet in the bathroom as there is no outlet. Scorched my shirt on the iron provided. Lift was not working. Stay away is a good tag line for this hotel.
